We've released 14 new builds for MacUpdater 1 this year, culminating in MacUpdater 1.5.13 released today! Yes, you read that right, even if you bought MacUpdater 1 in early 2018 for less than 10$, you're still receiving updates and full support via continuous config-file updates. MacUpdater v2.1.2 brings improvements for the automatic-rescanning facility, even better support for Mac App Store apps, faster first-launch scanning and will display update-stats starting on the first day of 2022.

We've shipped MacUpdater v2.1.3 featuring a fast way to install new apps directly from your menubar - update now! : Update to new new version now or look at the list of improvements. Further improvements for Mac App Store-apps, the menubar-interface and cross-software-type updates complete the new release. Version 2.2 of MacUpdater is quite a major update and brings several exiting new features and improvements like the ability to directly install packages (.pkg) to save even more time when updating those nasty apps that do not come with a proper app-bundle download. MacUpdater 2.2.1 does not only contain a bunch of nice fixes, improvements and better translations, it also already contains the first improvements for macOS 13 'Ventura' just two days after it has been announced! : We've shipped MacUpdater 2.2.2 with improvements for updating apps that are running or have internal components and a new way to retrieve version numbers that is bound to detect more updates and further reduce the error rate. The update to MacUpdater 2.3 brings numerous new features including improved package (.PKG) handling, improved reliability and better support for macOS 13 'Ventura' including a new Ventura-native 'launch at login' implementation.

We are finally releasing MacUpdater 3, the long awaited new generation of our award-winning tool to keep all your apps updated! MacUpdater 3 brings some of the most often requested new features: fully-automatic zero-click updates and the ability to track multiple different branches for those apps that support multiple versions.
We've been working non-stop on MacUpdater maintenance for the past few months, releasing MacUpdater 2.3.3, 2.3.4, 2.3.5, 3.0.1, 3.0.2, 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 since February! Most of those releases focus on incremental improvements, but we are working on some exciting new features for MacUpdater 3.x at this very moment.
